国际法建构逻辑与发展趋势的思考Thinking about the Construction Logic and the Development Trend of International Laws

摘要(Abstract)：
国际法这门学科,植根于历史,受制于现实,同时又着眼于未来。国际社会现实政治的光谱折射是国际法发展的历史背景,重思历史后的调整与进步是国际法发展的现代语境,变革时代的理念转型与价值重塑是国际法在当代的发展展望。中国国际法学肩负着"回应历史"和"建构未来"的双重时代使命,强化对现实问题的理论回应并完善相应的法律制度面向,是中国国际法学在当下的必然选择。
