系统重要性金融机构监管的理论问题与对策研究A Study of the Theory and Countermeasures of SIFIs Supervision

摘要(Abstract)：
在后金融危机时代,各国越来越重视SIFIs的问题。在事前审慎方面,控制SIFIs的关联度和提高SIFIs的损失吸收能力是监管的核心手段,同时需要完善SIFIs的内部监督系统和以国内监管体系作为辅助手段;在危机处置方面,事前需要建立持续的恢复和清算计划与做出可处置性评估,以及健全SIFIs的市场退出制度。在经济全球化的背景之下,开展监管SIFIs的国际合作也是十分必要的。
