摘要(Abstract)：

如何通过提升创业者的创业能力来推动创业活动,促进创业成功,是目前创业实践中亟待解决的问题。在回顾和梳理国外相关创业能力研究文献的基础上,文章归纳总结了创业者创业能力的影响因素及其作用机理,并对该领域的未来研究热点进行了展望,以期为提升创业能力的研究和实践提供理论支持和指导。
