希腊债务危机关键影响因素的实证分析——基于财政支出结构的视角An Empirical Analysis on the Key Factors of Greek Debt Crisis——From the Perspective of Fiscal Expenditure Structure

摘要(Abstract)：
基于希腊政府的债务及支出数据,根据《稳定与增长公约》的标准对希腊政府财政危机的持续时间进行判断,再运用协整检验、向量误差修正(VECM)和自回归模型(VAR)对希腊债务危机关键影响因素进行实证分析。数据分析结果表明,1989年希腊政府财政已经陷入危机;VECM实证结果表明,政府开支与政府债务正相关,并有显著影响;脉冲响应函数的结果表明,减少教育开支是缓解希腊政府债务危机的有效方式之一。
