职业复原力研究现状及展望Status Quo and Prospect of Career Resilience Research

摘要(Abstract):
职业复原力是个体在面临职业挫折时,主动调整自己,产生适应性行为的能力。该领域的研究在西方已经有二十多年的历史。目前测量工具的侧重点不尽相同。职业复原力概念与许多积极人格变量如控制感、效能感等存在关系,对于职业心理和行为也有相当显著的影响。职业履历表是提高职业复原力的重要手段。未来研究应更重视职业复原力与个体职业生涯变量关系的研究,开发出信度、效度更高的测量工具。
