摘要(Abstract)：

基于解释结构模型对7名典型的连续创业者的创业经历进行案例分析，提取创业失败修复的影响因素，将其分为表层(包括情绪成本、财务成本、创业激情等5项)、中层(包括创业愿景、创业凝聚力、团队管理等11项)及深层(包括失败经历、制度与环境、家庭氛围等4项)三个方面，并解析了这些因素间的内在逻辑关系及其层次结构。由此，提出了情绪管理是关键、培养创业持续性是基础、创业资本是保障的结论。
